25 years as consultant for the development of SME (BP, Financial, Corporate governance), afterwards 16 years as CEO of my self owned company (railway logistics and transportation), and lastly (after the sale of company activities) mentor and supporter for young entrepreneur. I prepared several BP for start up (WETIPP,com, pordenone .talentgarden.org, babele.co), and for traditional activities (Kafene - food and beverage; SASHA – employment services) .BP were prepared for funding (WETIPP, Kafene, SASha, Pasta shop and lunch) or for merger (Internationalization Eurofer), simple or more complex and complete. But perhaps the more interesting part of my work is coupling experience and technicality: so I'm following some of these companies after the BP, as mentor and in the board (Babele, Wetipp, i.e.). I'm mentor for United Nations Volunteer and for TEEP - Tony Elumelu Enterprise program (I mentored Kenyan, Uganda, and Sudan enterprises). I always worked in a team where my main task was economic and financial projections, cash flow, and investment planning with financial coverture. Moreover I assisted in negotiation for merger or funding, from the point of view of corporate governance. I'm used to work in a team, on line with skype and mail, and with people of different nationality and culture.
