Hands on experienced to handle full set of account for more than 20 years includes data entry, payroll, employee’s claim, Bank Reconciliation, account receivable, account payable, general ledger and prepare audit schedule/management/financial reporting. Managed the GST report and submit to IRAS quarterly. Liaise with external suppliers, customers, auditors and bankers. Responsible for audit and tax query from auditor and tax authority. Involve some minor admin/secretarial work (PA)   · Experienced in keeping full sets of account for accounting firm (Switzerland founder). Business industry such as Education and Training, Manufacturing, Rental and Real Estate Services, e-business, Retails and Wholesales, Investment & etc. Supervise daily business operations and review the management/financial reporting and report to Local Director/Switzerland Founder quarterly.   · Experienced in “winding up” process. Closure of the company’s account involves terminate all the contracts such as office rental/printer lease, to clear/remove all the office equipment and furniture /fittings. Appoint liquidator and clear all creditors/debtors. Managed the final year end account, involve in all audit and tax query from audit firm/IRAS/ACRA to wind up the company.   · Experienced in system implementation and data conversion. To set up and performed the lead role in the conversion and implementation of the ACCPAC Inventory, Account Receivable, Account Payable and General Ledger modules. Designed invoice format, financial statements and reports utilizing ACCPAC system to accelerate the reporting process and enhanced/refined analyses.
