My name is Nadeem Ahmed Burcha. I am an enthusiastic accounting and auditing professional from Pakistan. Being associated with the field of chartered accountancy, I have got vast experience in an audit firm for 4.3 years, where I have been involved in the audit of more than 30 small, medium, and large-sized listed and unlisted companies/organizations (manufacturing, service and educational bodies). Currently, I am working in a service organization with the name of Webotiks Private Limited, as a senior accountant and rendering my professional services in the treasury department of our US-based client “The Integrity Marketing Group”. I have also got experience in the stream of freelancing and have performed multiple accounting and auditing projects via different freelancing channels such as writing bay, fiver, Toptal, and Upwork. Apart from doing CA, I have also done Batchelor's in Commerce and a Master's in economics from one of the most prestigious universities of Pakistan that is the “University of Karachi”.

As a Senior Accountant I have the following role and responsibilities:

• Overviewing the work of accountants.
• Bookkeeping of bank accounts.
• Created bank reconciliation and cash flow forecasting models.
• Monthly closing bank reconciliation analysis of more than 128 bank accounts.
• Financial statement analysis and monthly reporting to on-shore and off-shore managers.

 As an auditor I had the following responsibilities and duties:

• Leading the audit teams and involving in various aspects of engagement (planning, execution, and finalization),
• Designing appropriate procedures and audit programs and modifying audit procedures throughout the engagement.
• Responsible for analyzing and researching financial data and applying appropriate accounting principles and auditing standards to reach and support conclusions related to assigned audit areas.
• Conducting a review of audit working papers performed by the team members and discussing findings with the manager and management.
• Liaising with, and developing good working relationships with the client to deliver engagement expectations.
• Coordination with professionals in various fields like legal, Taxation, and IT experts.
• Assisting clients with the preparation of financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), relevant local laws, and directives of regulatory authorities. 
• Ensuring timely completion and submission of key deliverables to the client within stringent deadlines.
• Conducting a review of audit working papers and discussing audit findings with the management.
• Direct reporting to the engagement manager and partner.
