Accounts Experience: Biding Experience:- • Drafting proposals and preparing detailed bids for multiple projects. Arranging and preparing technical documents as per tender requirement. • Uploading / Submitting the documents (General/Technical/Commercial) in the various Online platforms. • Getting/Procuring Digital Certificates for Online tender participation. • Attending the tender opening and pre-bid meetings when required. • Selecting tenders various Government E-tender sites of MP PWD, UP PWD, RITES Ltd., PMGSY, U.K PWD, NHAI, MoRTH, NBCC, J.K PWD, Power Grid, CPP, NTPC, CONCORE, DMRC, UPCL, IRCON as per the interest to the company. • Coordinating of tender related tasks and ensuring that task is completed before the deadline. • Assist department with all documents support and ensuring that all documents are in proper manner and fulfill the requirement of the tender. • Liaison with all online Govt. Department’s E-tender sites for Vendor Registration, Approvals and Renewal. • Preparation and submission of different types Bank Guarantee’s like Bid security and performance Bank Guarantee’s, FDR and meticulously following for getting back the earnest money if tender is not awarded to us. • Successfully submitted the tender online and got 2 works awarded of estimated value approx Rs. 165 Crores from DMRC, 6 works of estimated value approx 363.00 Crores, 1 work of estimated value approx 30 Crores from CPWD, 1 work of estimated value approx 22 Crores from RITES Ltd. etc.
