An Accounting Professional- Chartered Accountant (Equivalent to CPA in the US)

Providing the following services-

• Assist in formulating the company’s future direction by providing input on the company’s business plan, financial and tax strategies, budgeting, and forecasting
• Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team
• Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments
• Oversee the company’s transaction processing systems
• Supervise acquisition due diligence
• Report financial results to the board of directors
• Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts; arrange for debt and equity financing; invest funds
