Roles: Heading Finance and Accounts Shared Service Unit ( Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Treasury, Payroll, Statutory Compliances ) for the Corporate Company located in India, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Hongkong, Thailand, Australia, and New Zealand

 • Responsible for Managing end-to-end accounts and finance functions. 

• Timely remittance of statutory payments like TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT, etc. 

• Ensure adequate controls are in place and maintain the policies and procedures. 

• Monitoring and controlling the accounts payable, accounts receivable, Treasury functions, and daily accounting transactions. 

• Payroll processing for India, Australia and New Zealand 

• Responsible for Monthly closure of books, maintenance of all accounting ledgers, and account reconciliation. 

• Validating and Approving accounting transactions. 

• Preparing cash flow statement. 

• Validating and approving payroll disbursement. 

• Monthly preparation of P&L and Balance Sheet.
