1.record purchase transaction when we purchase something and draft invoices when we sale it.
2.record daily banking transactions ralated to payment and receipt
3.reconcile debtors and creditors in a week to check from whom we have receive money and to whom we have to pay.

5.Project accounting on excel
6.draft legal notices.
