Determine record and test the organization’s accounting system and the information produced. Evaluate the financial information produced by an organization. Review financial statements against the evidence collected in the audit process. Advise and consult with higher management of the client on audit concerns. Prepare and discuss internal control memorandum issued to the client. Taking full ownership of My Client and external file completion; Analyzing engagement economics of self and field staff and explaining variances from plan; Continuously communicating with the Manager and/ or Partner with respect to engagement progress – risks, issues, variances from plan in terms of time, budget, etc; Prepare a formal audit report to assist the partners in expressing an opinion on the truth and fairness of financial statements. Coordinate and carry out reporting to Stakeholders (Parent Company / Donors / Regulatory Authorities). Co-ordinate with Internal Audit department in order to effectively manage the Audit. Conduct Trainings for the Clients’ personnel to develop their skills while developing strong relationships with clients to facilitate the completion of work. Developing the knowledge of junior team members through on the job reviewing, coaching and sharing best practices on the completion of their sections. Gathering of preliminary data to prepare Income tax returns and wealth statements of individual, Association of Persons and companies; Filling of tax returns and refund applications; and
