    Sheila had a hard task in that she didn't have the background I did in what this site was all about, and accordingly, I ended up redoing the whole thing myself. I did find some inconcistencies in the logic of her categorization, but on the other hand she thought of issues I did not consider, and helped me arrive at a great categorization system overall. In addition, she was extremely prompt in turning around the work and I could reach her immediately every time I phoned her. She's gotten great reviews before, so I feel I may have had unrealistic expectations and may try her again on a different project.
