Ad operations analyst (Programmatic)

I have almost five years of ad operations and digital marketing experience for publishers, advertisers as well as in a real time bidding/trading environment. Trafficking & Campaign Management – When it comes to trafficking and campaign management it’s all about the details. I am never shy to tackle the tedious tasks to avoid errors, I like perfection. I have set up and optimize d1000+ line items in one insertion order before. I am able to manage 40+ campaigns at any given time ensuring full delivery, optimizing for CTR/CPC/ CPA/CPL/CPPV/VCR and monitoring for any issues (e.g. over delivery, discrepancies, etc.). I have implemented every kind of ad you could imagine including standard IAB banners, pre-/mid-/post-roll, High Im[act units and other custom ad units. Additionally, I am familiar with all types of targeting including behavioral, geo, day-parting. I have almost 4 years of direct experience trafficking and managing desktop and mobile campaigns in DBM, TradeDesk, Appnexus, Sizmek/Rocketfuel and Turn/Amobee I started my career in programmatic media buying, managing video campaigns (VAST/VPAID) on the SSP LiveRail (defunct now apart of Facebook) and TubeMogul/Adobe DSP. The primary KPI’s were video completion rate (VCR), cost per complete view (CPCV) and Cost per Acquisition/Action (CPA). At the start of my advertising career I was managing 30 campaigns and over 100 line items. I also specialize in display advertising (Mobile/Tablet/Desktop). I have experience in 8 DSP/SSP, listed below. -DSP’s 1) Google Double Click Bid Manager (DBM) 2) Appnexus(DSP_SSP)- I have 2 official certifications on both the sell side and buy side 3) Amazon Marketing Servces 4) The Trade Desk 5) TURN/Amobee 6) Sizmek/Rocketfuel 7) AdForm and 8) Ubimo In addition to having DSP certifications I also have two IAB cortication’s, and an Appnexus Buy Side and Sell Side certification. I spent 18 months of my advertising career on the publisher development and supply side. I wanted to have a holistic view of the supply side and the buy side. I am currently involved on the buy side again managing acquisition campaigns, mostly mid and lower funnel marketing. My main objective currently is CPA (cost per acquisition) and CPL (cost per lead), driving traffic towards users who are inclined to apply for mortgages and acquiring users who are looking to open up credit cards and bank accounts. I also create RFPs and quarterly tactical plans for clients from upper to lower funnel approach.
