I’ve been able to create longstanding relationships with current and future clients, bringing a better quality of service to customers. I’ve implemented monthly meetings to review any concerns with clients in order to better the relationship, while assisting customers with tracking and ordering processes. Purchasing, as a part of Operations/Supply Chain, as well as logistics is where I flourish. Negotiating rates and completing the shipping documents while negotiating with the vendor on price, arrangement of shipments and inventory are just a few key items I possess in this field.
