I’ve implemented monthly meetings to review any concerns with clients in order to better the relationship, while assisting customers with tracking and ordering processes. Purchasing, as a part of Operations/Supply Chain, as well as logistics is where I flourish. Negotiating rates and completing the shipping documents while negotiating with the vendor on price, arrangement of shipments and inventory are just a few key items I possess in this field.
