Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the office. Making sure that all office systems are managed and maintained, including Staff Recruitment Files; Stationery Log and Stock Checks; Uniform Sales; Petty Cash; and Client Files. Dealing with all HR related government departments like Labour Laws, Canteen, worker welfare Board, Worker welfare fund, Attendance, Leave Record, Messing Affairs, Travel Management, Vehicle Maintenance, Fuel Management, Utility Bills Management & House Keeping (Head Office & Sub-Offices) SESSI, EOBI etc• • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations. • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments. • Assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts. • Organizing meetings and ensuring senior managers are well prepared for them. • Maintaining & developing the office filing systems both on paper and computer. • To identify, plan and execute implementation of new business streams. • Ensuring that any concerns or complaints are dealt with appropriately. • Reviewing and approving payables • Developing and managing the department budget • Monitoring biweekly payroll expenses • Coordinating department HR actions • Collecting and reporting performance metrics • Implementing, recommending and training the staff • Preparing reports and presentations • Responding to employee, citizens and retiree inquiries received by email, letter, telephone or walk-in • Additionally, performed various research and analysis assignments involving HR and other management issues
