Professional Skills: ? Management of executive’s busy calendar including Daily Activity Plans (DAPs), business meetings, social events etc. ? Coordinating the matters related to land and property matters of the CEO office (including coordinating the property transactions and bargains, legal matters, documentation, transfer and possession etc. ? To take care of the upkeep of the personal properties of the CEO (including housekeeping, boundary walls, contracts of agricultural and non-agricultural lands etc. ? Having excellent command over preparing and handling all sorts of correspondence and communication (letters, memos, reports, e-mails, etc). ? To log information on meetings conducted, recording the minutes where required and to maintain a detailed record. ? To perform reception/guest relations duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner. ? To communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between different department of the company, visitors, enquirers and relevant staff, and interpret & respond clearly and effectively. ? To manage the house-keeping matters relevant to offices, floors and allied areas. ? To file data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other departments as needed. ? To liaise with executive’s office and residential/personal staff. ? To establish and maintain effective working relationship with colleagues, and the general public. ? To maintain regular, consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures and professional ethics.
