I am an advocate for management and organisational development with more than three years’ experience in like projects in Botswana. I hold a multi-disciplinary post graduate diploma in Business Administration which covered modules on leadership and organisational behaviour, value chain management, information and knowledge management, economics, global business environments, decision making systems and integrated management practice. I am convinced that management and organisational development are key pillars to sustainable development.
