A right person to contact for management work and any other administration work . Responsibility is the key focus for me . Doing work with accuracy and perfection is my motto . Each work will be done with dedication and due loyalty .A person who does as promised can be considered as reliable. Reliability is an admirable characteristic. People don't like to deal with those who are unreliable. They'd rather give their business and rewards to the person they can count on. Also, the reliable person feels good knowing that he or she is trusted. So being reliable is the other glitter on my chart. I am A person who has a reputation of being responsible is trusted to do things on my own, without supervision. Being trusted that way is certainly a good feeling.To add on i am a worker who is trusted can soon get assignments of greater responsibility, which will then lead to raises and promotions. Apart from these duties,I can also handle other responsibilities: informing new recruits of company norms and policies discussing job requirements and performance expectations assigning work to employees and evaluating performances pinpointing personal issues and problems and determining training requirements offering feedback on work and praising when applicable.
