having sufficient knowledge of business and official correspondence. 

    •    Receiving and Dispatching Office Correspondence. 

    •    Documentation manual and matrix as per the instruction of superiors.   

    •    Completion of necessary documents and approval.  

    •    Arranging business meetings, business trips such as Flights, Hotels, and Conferences etc…. 

    •    Preparing Quotations, purchase Orders, Enquiries and Sales Invoices, attending other miscellaneous work. 

    •    Typing minutes of meeting notes. 

    •    Typing all official english letters i.e. Inter Office Memos, Letters to Suppliers, Letters to Consultant or Client, all co-ordination meeting reports which are conducted by our company or Concerned Manager.   

    •    Internal & external coordination of business activities. 

    •    Prepare various documents, proposals reports, manuals, bids/tenders and agreements. 

    •    Receiving ‘n’ Sending confidential messages/faxes/emails and telephone calls. 

    •    Patience beyond and desired mark, can work for long hours effortlessly. 

    •    Having good correspondence, Communication skill in professional manner. 

    •    Having immense knowledge relating to the field of Accountancy, and business Management. 

    .    Willing to take extra responsibilities to get work done efficiently. 

    •    Quick study, enjoys new challenges and accepts changes. 

    •    Interact well with team members, Supervisors and Management. 

    •    Work well independently and also as a Team Member. 

    •    Capable of successfully contributing to organization. 

    •    Commitment towards work, flexible with good communication skills. 

    •    Work with motivation, enthusiasm and ability to work with minimum supervision 

    •    Quick learner 

    •    Honest & reliable with team spirit
