I am a Professional in Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, throughout my life I have served as: speaker, helping me to develop the communication facility, then work as an advertising Merchant serving customers of Empresas Polar, where I learned the management and communication Assertive with the client, then I work as administrative assistant, developing skills of organization of reports, invoices and general files of clients of the company RALECA; Control of incidents and realization of charges to customers that the service was provided via telephone calls. Later on, I worked as a Construction Worker managing a staff of eighty-seven employees, as well as performing the calculations in Excel of their nominal payments, and inventory control. Then work in a four star Hotel as Human Resources Manager directing and supervising a staff of 200 employees. Managing everything related to the management of human capital and applications of sub-systems, acquiring skills on conflict management, applying emotional intelligence, along with assertive communication, management and business control.
