Administrative and Typing Assistant

I am excellent in all functions of MS Office, Data Entry as well as Excel Sheet, Power Point, PDF file converted to a Word and Word filed to PDF format. I am doing the same work so far. I was very successful in my work during my 15 years service. I will work on your project very carefully and will complete the work assigned to me as soon as possible and fulfill my commitment within the given time limit. I was Assisting my Boss in different Research Work; • Remain in regular contact through all available modes of communication i.e. • Preparing schedule of official and personal tasks of Boss and follow up • Attending, screening and handling all telephone calls, enquiries and requests; • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence; • Taking dictation, drafting letters, memos, and presentation etc; • Keeping records (hard & soft) of all correspondence, memos, documents and • Handling all official and personal matters in the absence of Boss; • Making arrangements of domestic as well as foreign travel for Boss; • Completion of all required documents & approvals for getting visas in foreign • Obtaining information required by Boss, through telephone, internet and emails; • Ensuring requisite office supplies for daily use in the office i.e. stationary and • Ensuring that all the office equipments i.e. computers, printers, faxes, telephone • Managing activities of the sub-ordinates in performing routine office work; • Providing assistance to officers of the Department in arranging events Career Objectives: Intends to apply the knowledge, skills and expertise of secretarial, procedural and office work I acquired through more than 15 years of work in Government/Semi Government organizations. Computer Courses: 3 Month “Advance Diploma in Computer Science” covering all Hardware/Software subjects. SuperTech Institute of Computer Sciences, Islamabad. Oct.1999 One week “End User Training Lotus Notes & MS Off. XP. Course from LMK Resources, Islamabad in Aug 2004 for one week “Power Point & `Multimedia” Course from Pakistan Computer Bureau Islamabad in July 2006 and One week “Networking from Pakistan Computer in Sept. 2006; Windows 2000 Server” Course from Computer Bureau Islamabad. 1. MS Word/Excel/Power Point 2. Office Automation 3. Typing 4. Surfing/browsing on net and email etc. I would like to work as Administrative and Typing Assistant, Computer Operator, composer, compiler, editor and any kind of other work relevant to this nature etc.
