I am an administrative Assistant for 10 years, I am very proficient in the Microsoft programs. Programs such as Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher. I am very proficient with internet Explorer, Chrome and Mozilla fox. I am very familiar with Accounting soft wares such as Quick books and MAS 90. I have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and excellent typing skills. I love browsing the internet, my love of web research developed from there. My previous work experience includes typing letters, memos, filing documents, doing daily data entry in Quick books and MAS 90. Preparing sales orders, invoices, estimates and credit memos in both accounting soft wares. Preparing Reconciliation in Quick books and entering checks and bank statement information. I have worked in the medical field as well as pharmaceutical distribution field therefore I am familiar with some medical and pharmaceutical terms. I have been awarded the top performer in customer service and award for highest sales. I am currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with passes in the following courses Fundamentals of Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Introduction to Management, Fundamentals of Accounting, College Mathematics, Calculus, Organizational Behavior, Information Technology , Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Business Law, Business Statistics, Academic Writing I and II, Intermediate Financial Accounting, Costing and Decision Science. I have also awarded credits and passes in Cape Biology Units 1 and 2 and Cape Chemistry Units 1 and 2
