Administrative Assistance - Great Communication skills, phone, computer, and in person. Knowledge of Microsoft office, word, Excel, Word press, Power point, Quickbase. - Thorough email and data entry capabilities - Knowledge of multiple CRM’s such as: ? Top Producer ? Infusionsoft ? Commissions Inc ? FUEL ? Real Geeks ? Referral Maker etc. - The ability to multitask and thrive in a hectic work environment - Proficient typing skills - Advertising experience - Understanding and familiarity of social media sites - Buyer and Seller Lead Calling and Client follow up - Coding and Maintaining Databases/ CRM’s - Email Management - Managing, overseeing and delegating over 40+ clients at a time located throughout the country. - Understanding of the varied personality types, allowing me to work and interact well with others - Performing administrative tasks as needed by the client, including but not limited to: ? Sending emails to client’s in-house staff with information, meetings, events, changes to office procedure. ? Weekly agent accountability group phone calls with Buyer/Listing agents to ensure they are using the contact management databases correctly, are working their leads, and to provide support/training when needed. ? Training in-house as well as virtual staff on using contact management databases correctly. ? Entering leads into client databases. ? Organization and clean-up of client databases. ? I can learn almost any system quickly and with minimal training. ? Proven leadership and management skills. ? Excellent time management skills and the ability to complete work accurat
