- Manages assigned accounts and projects - Organizes Clients’ employees annual medical exercise - Prepares members’ medical reports using Microsoft excel - Calculates each member’s Body Mass index - Work with Physicians and Nurses in managing client’s healthcare - Processes referrals including arranging and coordinating appointments with specialists’ offices and diagnostic facilities - Processes members’ medical bills for payment - Assists in evacuation of patients - Coordinates First Aid Team during clients’ annual general meetings - Procures First aid equipment and medicines for Clients’ first aid clinics - Liaise with clients, hospitals and medical laboratories. - Data entry - Prepares clients monthly/annual reports, - Updates clients’ membership records - Handles and manage clients’ complaints promptly - Customer care, - Updates management on clients performance and advise on review - Coordinates with other staff to ensure exceptional delivery of service - General administrative work - Implement any other assigned duties - Operations and Facility Management - Sales and marketing of petroleum products -
