Communication – Experience in email communication and letters international level. Supporting to establish best communication and information flow in between team members and familiar with multicultural international environment in the office. Responding for organization enquiry emails and liaising with guests and parties keen on the organisation activities. Data handling – Data Entry and report creating in Excel. Virtual/personal assistant – 6 years of experience as Personal assistant with number of duties including replying emails, all communications, sorting and handling data, managing the team etc. Meetings and event handling – took part as a organizing committee member in 9 international conferences including registration fee handling and finance handling related to the congress. Financial data recording and report preparation – 12 year of experience in handling finance for funding bodies {Different universities around the world}. Managing all the paperwork for funding bodies, raising invoices to receive funds and updating and adjusting the systems as to new policies/guidelines. Budgeting/ forecasting and Record keeping/ monitoring expenditure and reporting to funding bodies. Developing finance reports and answering the enquiries related to usage of funds and adopting new policies from the source.
