Providing and implementing plans and budgets for efficiency operation for an organization. iii. Reporting periodically and annually on the progress made. iv. Advise any organization on matters pertaining to the application of computing to research and administration. v. Directing and implementing data processing systems for any organization. vi. Obtaining and maintaining computing and data preparation equipment. vii. Providing consultancy services to any organization and agencies. viii. Assessing projects for acceptance or rejection in any organization. ix. Checking all systems proposals. x. Keeping up-to-date with new developments in equipment, applications, systems and programming techniques, identifying those that could be of value to humanity.
