Administrative Services Provided: *Assist with team building initiatives and organizational structure. *Create expense reports, budgets, and filing systems. *Conduct research to prepare gather, and proof briefing materials, agendas, and decks for all executive meetings. *Supported staff effectively in assigned project-based work. *Responsible for providing training and orientation to new employees. *Established and implemented administrative policies and procedures for the office. *Type documents such as correspondence, drafts, memos, and emails, and prepared reports weekly for management. *Purchased and maintained office supply inventories, and being careful to adhere to budgeting practices. *Recorded, transcribed and distributed minutes of meetings. *Developed new filing and organizational practices. *Interacted with organizational staff, executives, clients, vendors and visitors on a daily basis. *Performed various secretarial/clerical duties such as documenting, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and organizing filing system. *Monitored and maintained the organization’s website. *Sorted and distributed incoming communication data, including faxes, letters and emails. *Organized the scheduling of meetings, conferences, and events; distributed minutes for them. *Coordinated agendas for meetings with visitors and clients arranged.<
