1. Follow up all kinds of administrative work. 2. Manage all kind of logistic Issue (Eleven training labs at Dhaka & Chattogram, Workshop & seminar) 3. Checking & Process bills of the suppliers against the purchased order 4. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. 5. Handle petty cash and expenses. 6. Handle large amounts of paperwork and data. 7. Maintain filing system, documents & all data. 8. Maintain the procurement process and policy as per Govt. rules. 9. Responsible for procurement of Dhaka and Chattogram office 10. Maintain stock and produce report time to time
