  Requested for specific file formats prior to the start of the project. Never received them in the end. When I tried logging in to their website to check if they ever uploaded the files, I could not log in anymore. I posted my request again in Guru's discussion and even sent an email to their website's enquiry email but finally never got a reply. Logo designs were very average, compared to other freelancers I have used in the past at lower prices, although turnaround time for concepts and changes was really quick. In my past guru projects, the designers always sent me the font files for the fonts used in the design when delivering final files, but I never got it from TheLogoboutique.com.
