I am Jane Aliana A. Rodriguez, the advertiser. I am glad that I have my own advertisement business since when I was a kid my dream is to have a business but I didn’t expect that it will be successful like this. 

I'm purposeful with a mission. Our customers rely on us for decisive responses and assertive problem-solving. They have grown to expect, and we have demanded of ourselves, that we respond to all queries with knowledgable and opinionated. And we are always efficient and goal-oriented in our solutions, regardless of the situation.

As an advertiser, I can do the following:

·      determining and implementing policies 

·      making decisions preparing

·      ensure they discharge their responsibilities in the best interests of the company

·      secure a personal gain or advantage

I work to gain the trust and support of shareholders and other key stakeholders. Responsibilities are in charge of the company's affairs and are in a position of trust. For the interest of its members, I encourage the advertisement's success. I use appropriate caution, competence, and diligence, and I avoid conflicts of interest because of the harm it may do to an employee's reputation, colleague relations, and the possibility of losing employment.

I am independent for my judgment I make it clear that simply acting under the instructions of one shareholder without giving consideration to the interests of the company as a whole could be a breach of your duties. I don’t tolerate the benefits from third parties conferred by reason of his being a director for doing anything as a director. This obviously includes a bribe and it raises fascinating questions about such things as corporate hospitality.
