As a Scrum Master...

My main focus is creating successful teams with strong skills in self-organization and cross-functionality and a drive for continuous improvement. I support Product Owners in visualising progress, creating a transparent Product Backlog and maximizing the value of the product. I help organisations in making Scrum successful by supporting management in changing processes, procedures, culture and behaviour. Due to a strong focus on the principles of Agile and the values of Scrum, I try to ensure the spirit of Scrum is truly understood.

I am proficient in administering and using these tools in the scrum process:

• Atlassian Jira, Confluence, trello and bitbucket
• Asana
• Monday.com is in the learning pipeline
• Microsoft Task planner

I am also open to learning any tool you use within your organization.

My track record...

• Successfully led an agile transformation initiative of a non agile cross-functional team of 15 in the tech space to agile with effective scrum implementation, and they slowly started to continously deliver value every sprint.
• Led a team of 5 using scrum to deliver a state of the art micro-banking solution locally
• Trained both tech and non-tech teams on agile practices and how it is implemented.
• Currently acquiring knowledge myself on scrum and agile on how to better impact businesses and change mindsets.
