Problem
The client was managing talent coordination and scheduling manually, which resulted in disorganized workflows, missed follow ups, and limited visibility across production stages.
Solution
Built an Airtable based CRM with a Kanban style pipeline, task management, and automated workflows to manage the entire process in one place.
Integrated Google Calendar using Make to automatically create, update, and delete events with real time synchronization and reminders, ensuring accurate and up to date scheduling.
