Mr. Rollins' team uses DHS methodology all hazards risk assessment which involves analysis of threats, vulnerabilities, and consequences of loss. Specialties include physical facilities and transportation resources. Mr. Rollins can also facilitate security-based engineering design and Emergency Operations Planning (EOP). Mr. Rollins will typically employ a team of 2 to 5 subject matter experts that will be dictated by the type of facility, perceived hazards, and size of the asset. Mr. Rollins holds an undergraduate degree in Homeland Security and has done graduate work in terrorism studies, and has experience with state-level AHRA.
