I'm an experienced Team Leader and a customer service representative from my previous role which is an advantage to get my tasks and duties contribute to the advancement of my clients business goals and success. I am an experienced quality assurance team leader in a back office setting that services a US mortgage company client from my recent corporate endeavor. The tasks includes supervising various lines of business focusing on  quality control to ensure  KPI's and service level agreements with our clients are met.
