I have managed multi-faceted operational efficiency projects, led cross functional teams in process analysis and improvement programs, and created innovative new revenue generating products. I am versed in Agile techniques for project management. I do not have a traditional consulting background, which you may see as a detractor to my skill set. I see this is a positive as I am not predisposed to doing things "the consulting way". This freedom allows me to be creative in finding solutions for your needs, and when combined with my continued graduate studies in entrepreneurship, marketing, and business turnaround, give you access to the latest techniques and trends being discussed in academia.
