Andrew Tate

Many today know "Andrew Tate", who stirred up controversy by announcing his recent conversion to Islam. And in case you do not know who “Andrew Tate” is, he is a boxing champion (kickboxing) and a 35-year-old American-British millionaire, but his real fame is due to the content he presented after his retirement on social media, as his clips were popular. The TikTok app has 11.6 billion views, and it has 4 million followers on Twitter and 4.7 million followers on Instagram. All this was before he woke up one day to find that Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube had banned his accounts because he was posting misogynistic content, the officials said.

“Tate” was already famous before the ban, as he was the third most searched person by Google users in 2022 after Trump and Queen Elizabeth, but many followed him in secret without republishing his content due to the sensitivity of his handling of the topics he discussed, as he talked about what he considered corruption of feminist and liberal ideas and ideology Gay support groups known as the "LGBT community" prevailing in the West, and the crisis of men in the modern world in exchange for the privileges granted to women, ideas that made him known as the "king of toxic masculinity." But after the ban, many of those who watched it in secret soon turned to talking about it publicly, between those sympathetic to what he was subjected to as a result of expressing his views, and those who see him as a societal danger that must be silenced.

In fact, even some of those affiliated with the western right who sympathized with "Tate" were asserting that although they agreed with most of the content he presented and the ideas he presented, they disagreed with part of his content that could actually be described as hateful / anti-women. Faced with this accusation, "Tate" stresses that he does not hate women, that his record is free from any violence against women, and that the media cuts from his content in order to present a false image of him deliberately. Then the surprise came last October when Andrew Tate announced his conversion to Islam, causing a great uproar on the global and Islamic levels. His fans in the Islamic world received the news with great celebration, as he had a considerable number of Muslim followers before his conversion to Islam.
