I use my console to publish your apps on the Google Play Store for people and the world to download it and offer reviews.
One thing I would like to share to future clients is I will not publish in my Google Play Console account the following applications: gambling apps and guide apps from India as these are flagged as malicious by Google and my advice is if you have such apps, please delete them or use them for educational purposes only but I will not publish them in my console unless you offer me $400.
