I am a licensed architect based in Manila who seeks for part-time/freelance jobs to gain experience as a virtual assistant. Having to work for start-up design build firms (doing residential and commercial interior fit-outs) and several office units as a consultant, I have gained knowledge on project management, site administration, 2D/3D visualization using Sketchup and CAD, design presentation using Lumion Photo/Video edit, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I also joined and won several local design competitions with my colleagues. Last year, I started an advocacy project to promote Architecture in creating sustainable and resilient communities through hosting youth conferences, community integration, etc. I also attended several international conferences and delegations to which I learned to be more personable and sociable.
