I am looking into design management of around 24 lacks Sq. ft. of residential and hospitality development in and around Kolkata for our client which includes but not limited to: 1. Drawing Checking and inputs to design 2. Drawing Delivery Planning & Tracking and necessary documentation 3. Generating and responding to all RFI’s 4. Coordination with all stakeholders of project and mitigating any/all issues 5. Value Addition / Value Engineering Log 6. Advanced BIM technologies used to great effect for QS, Clash detection and coordinated drawing checking 7. Sustainable design Coordination (all coordination regards green building) I have completed my Post-graduation in Building Engineering and Management from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi after completing my graduation (1st class) in Architecture (2007-12) from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. I have a strong educational background in Construction management and Project Management with exposure in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors with contribution focusing from Project Appraisal, Architectural planning, Market Research, Development & Construction Coordination along with Design & presentation. I want to explore these sectors by keeping the same spirit, waiting for opportunities in future with my best endeavor as a proactive individual who can rapidly identify problems and formulate feasible plans. I am looking for employment opportunities in roles suitable to my credentials.
