I have working in the field of design and construction of the built environment since 2000. I utilize Revit, Autocad, Sketchup, photoshop, etc. My experience includes new construction, renovations, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, code compliance modifications, and additions. Project types include homes, office, public schools, churches, commercial food service, retail, hospitality, medical, landscaping, and site improvements. I am comfortable with all aspects of project management: preliminary feasibility study, code search, programming, budget assessment, schematic design, construction document production, bidding and negotiation, construction observation and administration.
