3D architectural concepts studio POZITIV provides architectural concepts and high quality professional (photo-realistic) 3D images: exteriors and interiors. Several 3D designers trained as architects/interior designers can handle large orders and provide high quality & fast turn-around at a reasonable price. Please refer to attachment for an example of recent concept work (mixed-use development: condo/hotel & shopping mall/offices) This package deal includes: - 2 draft concepts (sketches or white 3D models) to choose from; - 3 high quality images: 2 exterior and 1 interior (or vice versa) of the selected concept; - time to first draft 7 days (depending on the complexity of the project); - up to 5 rounds of revisions; - file format JPEG, resolution 1024 Besides photo-realism we also produce animated walk-throughs, artist impressions, provide CAD services and architectural services to meet all needs related to construction. Additionaly we provide various graphic design services: brochures for real estate, logos and corporate identity packages. Customer support available from Europe (Netherlands) or the USA (Hawaii) office. We are reliable and serious provider.
