Here are the stages of how this goes (not necessarily in order) :
Concept Development (consultation stage)
Creating clear architectural design concepts based on client requirements, site conditions, and functional needs.
Space & Layout Planning (2D schematic drawings)
Efficient planning of spaces to ensure proper circulation, functionality, and optimal use of available area.
3D Modeling & Visualization
Developing detailed 3D models using SketchUp to help clients visualize the design before execution.
Design Coordination & Revisions
Incorporating client feedback and making revisions to ensure the final design meets expectations before going to part 2 (2D drafting and detailing)
