This is very similar to the way a builder may use subcontractors for the roofing, plumbing, electrical, etc. The studio concept allow us to keep our overhead low while providing the best possible service to our clients. The skills of our designers and consultants are amazing. We do everything from conceptual computer modeling and rendering all the way on through to construction and construction administration. Most of our drawing work is done on the computer now, but our background precedes the computer age. This is reflected in our hand sketching and easy-to-read construction drawings.
