I have extensive knowledge of the United States Green Building Council’s (USGBC’s) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program. I am currently a LEED Accredited Professional in the New Construction module. I have worked in both in advisory role and as the lead LEED AP on several LEED registered projects. I have done extensive work on the LEED for Retail module being on the project team for pilot stores as well as a member of the USGBC core committee. I have also been one of the chief architects of the volume build pilot submittal for a major retailer. I am also familiar with other environmental assessment systems including BREEAM based out of the UK and CASBEE based out of Japan. I have extensive experience with many building codes including the International Building Code (IBC), International Fire Code (IFC), Uniform Building Code (UBC), ADA Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG), and the locale zoning and building codes for many jurisdictions across the country
