A childhood love of reading gave birth to an active interest and self motivation to write, to learn the language better and help people convey their thoughts, their emotions in a manner that strikes a chord.Working in a start up management consultancy had highlighted the need for clear, effective and interactive communication as a means to reaching out to the customer and more importantly, retaining them.The key traits as I may share will be quick thinking, a flair for words and engaging writing.
