Contributed articles to the Jerusalem Post, French and English edition, the Jerusalem Report and the Spanish Weekly Aurora. Served as chief translator for www.infolive.tv, an Israeli internet news site in four languages (French, English, Spanish and Arabic). My colleagues nicknamed me “Chief of the Brigade of the Martyrs of Translation”. The job was very demanding as it required translating tons of material in three languages daily round the clock (I had never experienced this kind of mental burn-out), not to mention covering the Second Lebanon War, Guilad Shalit’s capture and stories on Hezbollah, terrorism and Hamas. Up to that point, I thought we were living in an island of peace, but soon I began to have nightmares that depicted Khaled Mashal in my bed and Hezbollah brigades at my door. The office offered limited time in the editing room so that news stories which could have been outstanding came out average.I published an eBook named “The End of Linear Time”, presently available on www.peopleoftheebooks.com. I presently translate books and website material on demand, write grant proposals and I am working on a Bible translation using the roots of the Hebrew language, according to the semantic theory of mathematician Philippe Chouraki.
