Today every University/Institution is focusing on developing advanced curriculum and programs, consulting projects, conferences, research & publication etc, but a lot of faculty members mostly get overwhelmed by the stressful and time consuming load of assignment evaluations and examination marking across semesters. The same tedious and tiresome task will become easy, systematic and at the same time more developmental for students, if there could be a professional in India (more like an assessments evaluations back office support) who would handle all the evaluation related activities of University/Institution. This would allow the professors of the University to concentrate on 'Real' intellectual and valuable contribution like academic upgradation, curriculum designing, consulting projects, research and publications etc.
