Over the past three+ decades I have worked on a freelance basis for many companies, including ESPN, ESPN Deportes, CBC, Pac-12 Network, Fox Sports, SportsNet, Universal Sports, Versus, MLB Network, Speed, ABC, NBC, Host Broadcasts, APTN and more. I am skilled, knowledgeable about a variety of sports and versatile, with equal experience working out in the field doing interviews or in the mobile unit. I am also extremely well organized, detail oriented and resourceful - I have put those qualities to use in my work as a Production and Operations Manager/Coordinator. My language skills make me especially valuable in international events and in situations with non-English-speaking competitors, organizers and broadcasters. I have extensive Spanish-language production experience both in the field and in a mobile unit. I have also worked on many jobs in which I was the only Russian or Italian speaker on the crew, which helped us get the job done well. I am a member of the DGA and of IATSE. Specialties: International events such as Olympics (16 and counting) and World Championships. Cycling races of all types and disciplines. Working with foreign athletes, team directors, media members, et al, since I speak 7 foreign languages. Fluent in Spanish and Italian/Conversational in German, Russian and French/Knowledge of Greek and Chinese, learned enough Brazilian Portuguese to communicate in that language, too.
