This division is designed to develop athletes of various levels (youth through semi-professional). Using scientifically proven research, the athlete will receive training in weight-lifting, aerobic endurance, speed & power, and flexibility development.
Training programs are developed as comprehensive and periodized for post-season, off-season, pre-season, and in-season training. Programs are sport-specific: football, track and field, soccer, softball/baseball, basketball, volleyball, wrestling/MMA, cheerleading, baton/twirling, golf, bowling, and more.
Additional training: combine preparation, high school show case preparation, assessment skills development (40 yard sprint, pro-agility, vertical/broad jump, bench press and more), professional debut and more.
RATES: Discount applied to clients whom pay a minimum of 1 month, and more. A minimum of 1 month is advised; in order to allow time for client to see the benefits of training. Single sessions are available.
