Moamen’s practice focuses on representing companies in mergers, as well as stock and asset acquisitions, private equity, private placement, joint ventures, corporate compliance, governance matters, project finance, and he has been involved in a number of cross-border transactions. Further to advising clients on general corporate matters, he has experience with advising domestic and international clients on banking and finance, employment issues, company formation, and regulatory matters. Furthermore, he helps multinational companies negotiate and draft commercial agreements, in addition to advising international clients on several legal matters across the MENA.
