With a focus on european business-related matters, my work provides critical thinking and strategic planning on legal, risk and compliance assessments and also due diligence regarding IT, contractual, public and private procurement, real-estate, transports, labor security and health. 

Over the years, I have provided ongoing legal assistance to more than 30 companies on a regular basis and hundreds in that period of time, which has included the corporate fraud investigation, risk analysis, due diligence or even identification of responsible entities. Generally, the work has been limited to areas such as IT, employment, GDPR, real-estate, contractual relationships, procurement and commercial litigation.
