Study and evaluation of Industrial Enterprises, identification of the problems attributing to industrial sickness and preparation of the reports and rehabilitation package for corporate turnaround.
Audit of Financial, cost and management accounts of various enterprises including State Owned Enterprises (MahaRatna, NavRatna and MiniRatna PSU’s at Central Statutory Audit level), Nationalized Banks (at Statutory Central Audit level), Public/Private Limited companies including NBFCs and Merchant Banking Companies, National Level Multi State Society, firms, trusts etc. and preparation/finalization of reports thereof.
Due diligences, Acquisitions and Mergers including negotiating price with sellers on behalf of buyers.
Corporate affairs i.e. secretarial and taxation matters including representation of cases before assessment and appellate authorities.
Corporate planning and advisory services including cross border tax matters.
Statutory and regulatory compliance testing including SEBI, RBI etc.
Conducted intensive diagnostic study in a UNIDO project titled: “Rehabilitation/Management Development of Ten Industrial Enterprises in Zambia”
