Experience in successfully applying Distributed Agile in Product Engineering and projects with more than 15 parallel scrum teams and 100+ teams I have Hands-on expertise in product and project development including to apply agile on disruptions such as Mainframe to Cloud migr, Robotics and replatforming. I am author of 6 books in Software Engineering. My book named as “Distributed Agile” defines a framework to create large products in distributed agile. Another book named as “Managing Offshore Development Projects- An agile way” was developed during the time when SCRUM was gaining popularity. My book on Vendor Management provides minutiae on how to extract full potential of Service Providers.
